Refund Policy

Coraliz Bowtique will issue a refund within 10 days starting from the purchase date. In order to receive a refund, please contact us to receive a refund authorization number.  Coraliz Bowtique would not honor any refund requests without the Refund Authorization Number.   When a refund is requested – we will honor the price paid without any shipping or delivery costs within 10 days after the purchase was executed.  We will exchange any product to another or similar product not including any shipping and/or delivery costs, 11 days after the purchase through the 15th days after the date of the purchase.  Any purchase over 15 days after the purchase date will not be refunded or exchanged.  

If a merchandise needs to be refunded or exchanged, the refund and/or the exchange will take place once the unwanted merchandise is received in our warehouse.  The shipping and/or delivery costs will not be reimbursed and it will be the customer’s responsibility to pay the shipping and/or delivery costs to send back the merchandise.   If the merchandise should be exchanged, Coraliz Bowtique will pay shipping and/or delivery costs to mail the new merchandise back to the customer.

The unwanted merchandise should arrive clean, with tags, in perfect conditions and without any make up, deodorant and/or hair products stains among other examples.

Shipping/ Handling and Delivery Costs

Coraliz Bowtique won’t be responsible if a merchandise is delayed or lost once it leaves our warehouse.  Shopify will generate a Tracking Number in which you will track your package until arrival.
